What is Benfotiamine?
Benfotiamine is a synthetic derivative of thiamine, also known as vitamin B1. Unlike thiamine, which is water-soluble and has limited bioavailability, benfotiamine is fat-soluble, allowing it to be more easily absorbed and retained in the body.
