What is Berberine?

Berberine is an alkaloid found in plants such as Oregon grape, goldenseal, barberry, and golden-thread. People have used it in India and China for hundreds of years. This product is berberine hydrochloride (HCl), and the added hydrochloride is intended to help with digestion. Berberine can be applied topically to the skin, as well.

Berberine Benefits:
