Refund policy

Return Policy

Unopened Items:
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee applies to all returns (see details below). Shipping charges and any applied discount codes are non-refundable. BoxNutra.com is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened Items:
Opened items may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date for a partial refund equivalent to the price of the smallest unit available for that product.
Example: If you purchase a 500g bag of Creatine Powder and return it opened, your refund will be equal to the price of the smallest size we offer for that product.

Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, regardless of product value.
Example: If you return a $150 item, you will be refunded $120 ($150 - $30 restocking fee).

Wholesale/Bulk Orders:
Returns are not accepted for commercial or bulk orders of 10KG or more if the item is opened.

International Orders & Customs:

BoxNutra.com is not responsible for packages rejected or held by customs in your country.
Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order to ensure compliance.

If your order is rejected, abandoned, or returned due to customs issues, no refund will be issued for the product or shipping.

Subscription Refund Policy

  • Subscription prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for canceled subscriptions.

  • If you paid for a full subscription and cancel before it ends, we will refund the unused full months.

Refund Requirements for Subscriptions:

  • Active subscription with BoxNutra

  • Proof of purchase

  • Valid reason for refund (e.g., wrong product, damage)

  • Photos for damage-related claims

Non-Refundable Reasons Include:

  • Financial changes

  • No longer needing the product/service
